Bonus Terms and Conditions

1) GENERAL ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Bonuses, including promotional credits ("FortuneMasterCredits" or "FMC"), are distributed at the sole discretion of the Operator (FortuneMaster.io).

1.2. Bonuses are intended for promotional purposes and can only be used in the casino once it launches in Stage 2 of the project.

1.3. Each individual is entitled to claim only one bonus or promotional offer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined.

1.4. Participants must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to claim bonuses or transfer FMC to their casino account.

2) USAGE OF BONUSES

2.1. Bonuses, including FMC, are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world value.

2.2. FMC can only be redeemed for use within the casino platform on games or promotions specified by the Operator. Details regarding eligible games and promotions will be disclosed closer to the casino launch.

2.3. The Operator reserves the right to impose restrictions on the use of FMC, including but not limited to:

  1. Expiration dates for unused credits.

  2. Limits on which games or promotions are eligible for bonus use.

2.4. Any attempt to withdraw or exchange FMC for real currency will be considered invalid and treated as a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

2.5. Please note: The casino launch date has not been determined, and the Operator does not guarantee or take responsibility if the launch does not occur. Participants should redeem FMC with this understanding.

3) ANTI-ABUSE AND FRAUD POLICY

3.1. Individuals found to be creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities to claim multiple bonuses will be considered in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. The Operator will treat any such activity as bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Attempting to claim bonuses through false or misleading information.

  2. Exploiting system loopholes or vulnerabilities to obtain bonuses unfairly.

3.3. If evidence of abuse or fraud is found, the Operator reserves the right to:

  1. Close the violating Member Account(s).

  2. Confiscate all existing bonuses, credits, and funds in the account(s).

3.4. By participating in any bonus program, you agree to these measures in cases of abuse or fraud.

4) AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend or update these Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

4.2. It is the responsibility of participants to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.

4.3. Changes may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Updates to eligibility criteria.

  2. Modifications to bonus usage restrictions.

  3. Adjustments to expiration dates or redemption policies.

5) DISCLAIMER

5.1. The Operator makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the availability or usability of FMC or other bonuses. Bonuses are provided "as is" and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. The Operator is not liable for any loss, delays, or errors arising from the use or redemption of FMC or any other bonus.

5.3. These Bonus Terms and Conditions work in conjunction with the general Terms and Conditions governing Prize Draws. They do not replace or override the general Terms and Conditions.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

6.1. By participating in any bonus program or accepting any promotional credits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Bonus Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and account closure.
